Our ability to offer tier-one hardware at true wholesale prices relies on the efficiency of the Group Buy model. Because orders are submitted directly to the distributor at cost, all sales are considered final once an invoice has been paid.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our catalog. If an item arrives damaged during transit or possesses a manufacturer defect, you are fully protected. Please contact our Concierge via Discord or Email within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of the unboxing and the defect. We will coordinate directly with Dyspensr to expedite a replacement or credit.
